7 Columbus Wedding Venues You Need to Visit

In case you didn’t know, I’m a recent Ohioan resident. What does that mean for you? It means that I’m doing my wedding research just as much as you are, if not more. I’ve been searching for different rustic venues, downtown venues, and everything in between. As a wedding photographer, I like knowing that I can give as much advice to my couples as I can. Part of that advice includes knowing the ins and outs of different wedding venues and vendors.

Here are 7 Wedding Venues in Columbus, Ohio you need to visit!
(and not in any particular order.)

1. Kingwood Center Garden

This place has my heart for so many reasons. The greenery surrounding this beautiful building makes it easy to choose the perfect backdrop that matches you. Want the gorgeous brick as your ceremony backdrop? You got it. Want more of the garden? It’s yours! Kingwood Center Garden gives me all of the European vibes in Ohio and I am all for it!

2. Juniper (Doct 580)

Coming from Downtown Phoenix living, I am in love with a good city view. Juniper gives you just that. If you love the city as much as I do, take a look at this rooftop location in the heart of Columbus. Enjoy a modern wedding atmosphere that can be dressed up in whatever way you like. This view is seriously perfect. Not to mention, you can have it rain or shine!

3. Franklin Park Conservatory

I’ve been eyeing this tropical goodness since I started prepping for my move to Ohio! Even outside the John F Wolfe Palm House is incredibly stunning. You can choose to get married surrounding by all things tropic, or enjoy a beautiful seating in the courtyard. Either way, there’s no way to really go wrong here. Even the Wells Barn is stunning for a rustic wedding theme!

4. The Westin Great Southern Columbus

Three words: The Grand Ballroom. Seriously, that’s all that really needs to be said. I took one look at this beautiful place and instantly fell in love. The Westin is a wedding venue in Downtown Columbus and the staff is just as amazing and the views itself. Their food is delicious, and their whiskey bar makes some of the best drinks.

5. Jorgensen Farm

Quite literal perfection. This wedding venue has a rustic meets modern feel that I’m in love with! The landscape, the ceiling tall windows, you really can’t go wrong getting married at Jorgensen Farm. It’s simply stunning!

6. The Vault

It could be my love for the 1920’s, but I think it’s so cool that this Downtown Columbus wedding venue was originally a bank. Honestly, it gives me all of the Gatsby vibes and I’m so for it! Can you say “hello marbleized goodness?!” Plus, it gives you the opportunity for downtown wedding portraits.

7. Pinnacle Golf Club

From the stunning ballroom to the brick paths and greenery, what’s not to love about having a wedding at Pinnacle Golf Club? The neutral tones of this beautiful wedding venue make it so easy to set the wedding mood to exactly what you’ve been dreaming of.
